• Since 2006, Mr. Pavankumar Kuchana serves as the Chairman of the board of Taksheel Solutions Limited and has been a Managing Director of Taksheel Solutions.

• Mr. Kuchana serves as the President of International Business Software Solutions Inc. 

• He was employed at Teletech CO from 1993-1995.

• In 1995, Mr. Pavankumar founded IBSS Inc in New Jersey.

• He has more than 20 years of experience in the industry and he has been Director of Taksheel Solutions Ltd from May 25, 2000. 

• He holds Bachelor Degree in Electronics and Tele-communications from Nagpur university and MCA from City college of Newyork in 1992.

Pavan Kuchana- Chairman and Managing Director

Mr. Pavan Kuchana- Chairman and Manging Director of Taksheel Solution Ltd, Information Technology based company at Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. The 15 year old company is headed by Kuchana Pavan(47 years), a B.Tech engineer from Nagpur. After completing his MCA in Newyork, kuchana founded IBSS in Newjersy.

Later Taksheel company was promoted with his father Ramaswamy Kuchana. Mr. kumar Kuchana says that “I would like to do something on my own and India was the ideal choice for IT companies”. Our company is currently offers financial and wealth management solutions to banks. Insurance, trusts, homes and offices.

In US, Taksheel has around 15 clients, providing wealth management solutions in the presence of telecom, switching management and billing system. Taksheel Solutions also undertakes offshore outsourcing services.

Totally, Taksheel company has generating 8.09 crore and total income of 49.50 crore. For the year end, the company has earned a PAT of 27.41 crore on total income of 147 crore. The EPS for FY11 was 16.51.

The company plans to offer 55 crore shares of 10 each with the price being determined by the book -building mode .PNB investment services a wholly owned subsidiary of Punjab National Bank is the sole Book running lead manager.

The issue will constitute 25.7 percent of the post-paid up capital of the company with the funds being used for setting up two new development centres, SEZ at Hyderabad and Warangal.A portion of the funds would also be used for funding acquisitions and other strategic activities. Analysts estimate the issue size to range between  80 to 100 crore.
